Thin-MDF
Description
Thin-MDF are extra thin MDF panels manufactured using calender technology with a fein fibrous even surface. Coniferous wood fibres from spruce, fir and pine are used primarily, though up to 10% deciduous woods (such as beech) can be added to the mixture. Bonding agent is a low-formaldehyde, melamine-strengthened urea/synthetic resin. The hardening agent is chloride free.
The panels are available unsanded or sanded (one or both sides) and with a variety of surface treatments: varnish, ESH-varnish and finishing foil.
